Kings of the High Cs
The Art of the Operatic Tenor

An illustrated talk

by

Michael Hartnall

Opera South Casting Director

As we know, tenors are hard to find, and a good tenor is special.
Michael Hartnall has been an opera buff from the age of 17, when he was first taken to Covent Garden. He communicates his enthusiasm with great skill, as he showed at our West Dean concert in 2004.

Venue:

The Manor House, Three Gates Lane, Haslemere
(by kind permission of Mr and Mrs. G. Ralfe).

The Manor House has wonderful gardens and we hope for fine weather so that tea can be taken out of doors enabling us to enjoy the view down to the lake.

Time: 2.30 p.m.
